Community Guidelines

The herd thrives when everyone respects each other. These guidelines keep PolarMooseParty a welcoming space for all.

Last updated: January 2026. These guidelines apply to all interactions on PolarMooseParty.com.

Our Community Spirit

PolarMooseParty is built on the belief that great social gaming starts with a great community. We're a diverse herd of players who share a love of arctic-themed fun, friendly competition, and good sportsmanship. These guidelines exist not to restrict enjoyment, but to ensure that every member of our community can participate safely and freely.

1. Be Respectful

Treat every player with dignity and respect, regardless of their experience level, background, or how they play. PolarMooseParty is a social space and everyone deserves to feel welcome. This means:

  • Using courteous, friendly language in all community interactions
  • Welcoming new players and helping them find their feet
  • Accepting outcomes graciously โ€” good sportsmanship is part of who we are
  • Avoiding personal attacks, insults, or aggressive language of any kind

2. No Harassment or Discrimination

We have zero tolerance for harassment, bullying, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind. This includes but is not limited to content that targets a person or group based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or age. Any player found to be engaging in such behaviour will be removed from the community.

3. Keep It 18+

PolarMooseParty is strictly an 18+ platform. Do not attempt to use, promote, or facilitate access to this platform for minors. If you are under 18, you must leave the site immediately. If you become aware that a minor may be using the platform, please let us know.

4. No Misinformation About Real Money

Never suggest, imply, or claim that Moose Coins have real monetary value, can be converted to real money, or that PolarMooseParty in any way constitutes real-money gambling. Spreading misinformation of this nature harms our community and may be illegal in some jurisdictions.

5. No Spam or Self-Promotion

Unsolicited promotional content, repetitive identical messages, links to external products or services, and any form of spam are not welcome. Community spaces should be used to share genuine gaming experiences and connect with other players โ€” not to market to them.

6. Protect Personal Information

Do not share your own personal information (such as your real name, address, financial details, or passwords) in public community spaces. Equally, never solicit or expose the personal information of other players.

7. Responsible Gaming Language

We encourage all players to use language that reflects the responsible, entertainment-only nature of our platform. Avoid framing the games in ways that trivialise problem gambling, glorify excessive play, or make light of the genuine harm that can come from real-money gambling addiction.

8. Bug Reporting, Not Exploitation

If you discover a technical issue or bug in any of our games, please report it rather than exploiting it. Deliberately abusing a technical fault to gain an unfair advantage undermines the community experience for everyone.

9. Consequences

Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary removal from community features, or permanent banning from PolarMooseParty. We reserve the right to take action at our discretion to protect the community.

10. Contact

If you witness behaviour that violates these guidelines or have concerns about another player's wellbeing, please reach out through our Help Center. We take all reports seriously.
